Security is the main reason people go for jobs. Now, some people will tell you there is no job security. Sometimes it sounds like the right advice, i mean you could get laid off at any time. But does that mean starting a business is more secure? Definitely no. Lose your job and you can find another one whereas lose your business and you could lose your everything.

Most people choose a job over business because in the initial phase of getting hired at a company it feels quite nice, you complete your graduation, there is already a company waiting for you to pay you a salary. On the other hand, while going for business you would have no idea if you would be able to make any money this month or not.

Wealth and income is the one thing where the difference is quite significant. If you see a house which is quite big and looks like it belongs to an affluent person, there is a very good chance that it belongs to a businessman and not an employee. Only reason is, it takes a lot of time and effort to build that kind of wealth.

In job, the starting is much better than starting of any business but let me assure you, if you persevere in a business, the end will be much prettier than any job can ever give you. 

At the end of the day, all that matters is what you want in life. If you want a balanced and happy life and you aren’t concerned about money, then by all means go for a job but if you want an extraordinary life with exceptional problems which will test you continuously and transform you into someone extraordinary then definitely business is for you.
